Nicki Minaj is suing Nosey Heaux for $75,000

According to reports, Nicki Minaj is suing blogger Nosey Heaux for $75k for dubbing her a “cokehead.”

The 39-year-old rapper asserts Heaux, whose actual name is Marley Green, uploaded a video on September 12 including allegations the singer used drugs.

Page Six reported seeing court records indicating Minaj was pursuing legal action.

Heaux allegedly stated on social media, “(Minaj) is pushing cocaine up her nose.” Allegedly. Thank you very much. Allegedly. However, we all know it to be true.

“F***, listen, I can’t even use the word allegedly because I… we all know it’s real. I am not claiming that this is the case. Nicki Minaj is a cocaine addict.

Heaux allegedly made disrespectful remarks about Minaj’s 12-month-old baby, whom she shares with her husband, Kenneth Petty, according to reports.

Petty, 44, is a registered sex offender who was convicted of attempting to rape a 16-year-old girl in 1994, and Heaux is reported to have stated that the couple’s son will require therapy to prevent him from becoming a “rapist.”

Minaj’s attorney, Judd Burstein, stated to Page Six, “Marley Green is a disgrace — someone so devoid of basic decency that she tweeted terrible comments about Nicki’s one-year-old son.

“After the conclusion of this case, she will no longer be entitled to use the name ‘Nosey Heaux’ since we will seize her trademark if she cannot pay the verdict.

“Anyone else who publishes false information about Nicki will experience a similar fate. My orders are to aggressively sue anyone with a media or social media following who intentionally defames her to her detriment. The lesson will eventually be learned.”

Page Six extends Minaj is seeking $75,000 in damages from Nosey for slander.

In response to the legal action, Heaux provided screenshots of an apparent Instagram direct message exchange with Minaj.

It depicts Minaj supposedly saying, “We know you don’t have much money to speak of, so losing this small amount of advertising revenue from YouTube will have a significant impact. However, you are merely the first of many.”

Heaux fired back: “Are you ok Nicki? File your case ok? I am not frightened and will not be intimidated, to which Minaj responded, “Yaaaaayyyy!!!!”
