Minister of Foreign Affairs Nasser Bourita Holds Talks with his Cypriot Counterpart

The Minister of Foreign Affairs, African Cooperation and Moroccan Expatriates, Mr. Nasser Bourita, held a phone conversation, on April 18, 2022, with the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Cyprus, Mr. Ioannis Kasoulides.

In a tweet following their talks, Mr. Kasoulides said that Morocco is a factor of stability in North Africa. He welcomed the warm call during which the two Ministers had discussed the way forward in bilateral relations and cooperation in the regional context.

On this occasion, the Cypriot Foreign Minister expressed the full support of his country to the strategic partnership between Morocco and the European Union, stressing the importance of the Kingdom as a factor of stability in North Africa.
