Missing Teen Found in Trap Door at Kentucky Man’s House –

Zackary Jones, a 34-year-old man from Kentucky, was arrested after a missing 16-year-old girl from North Carolina was found inside a trap door at his house on Christmas Day.

Jones is facing over 30 different charges, including rape, after he was arrested by Lincoln County deputies when they responded to a report of domestic violence at his home.

Jones Claims He Was Helping the Girl

Speaking out from the Pulaski County jail, Jones claimed he met the girl online where she told him she was 18-years-old and insisted he was helping her.

He said, “She hid on her own free will. She was actually in the bed when police officers first came in there. Her grandma kicked her out. She didn’t appear to be that age (16). She had all kinds of piercings.”

Family Members Speak Out

The teenager’s grandfather, Eugene Baughman, said she ran away from her grandmother and then met up with Jones. Baughman said, “She started taking her privileges away from her, her phone and stuff.

That’s when she got mad and left. She would not come back home.” Jones brought the 16-year-old home and told his family she was 18. It was his mother, Ronda Jones, who eventually called the police when she thought they were having a domestic dispute.
