Kanye West claims that the Kardashians “essentially abducted” his daughter Chicago on her birthday and are “liars.”
As West dredged up his family conflict in the wake of his “White Lives Matter” fashion show debacle, Khloé Kardashian, 38, publicly appealed with the 45-year-old to stop “tearing down” her sister.
Kim, Khloé’s older sister, divorced West last year and is the mother of their four children: North, 9, Saint, 6, Chicago, 4, and Psalm, 3. West accused Kim of throwing a “secret” birthday party for their Chicago in January, but Kim has refuted this accusation.
Khloé’s Instagram post prompted West to go off in a rant over the argument, writing: “YOU ARE LYING AND ARE LIARS.” Chicago was essentially kidnapped on her birthday by you guys so she could remember her father wasn’t there.
On his way home from Japan, the family “also arranged a celebration,” he said.
“I SHOULD SEE MY CHILDREN 100% OF THE TIME, BUT SINCE THERE’S A SEPARATION IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN 50% OF THE TIME,” West stated. “THE FIRST I HEARD ABOUT IT WAS SEEING PICS OF THE PARTY ONLINE.”
“STOP putting Kimberly down and exploiting our family when you want to deflect,” Khloé pleaded with Kanye on Instagram.
On social media, Kanye has called Black Lives Matter a “scam.” He featured shirts with the message “White Lives Matter” during Paris Fashion Week on Tuesday, sparking more anger.
Model Gigi Hadid, 27, called the rapper a “bully and a joke,” while Jason Lee, who served as his spokesman, resigned in protest of the shirts’ usage, claiming that it “gaslighted black people” and “empowered white supremacy.”
The addition of the “White Lives Matter” t-shirts, according to a Black Lives Matter spokeswoman, is a “affront”: “White supremacists and hate organizations, like the Ku Klux Klan, have long exploited ‘All Lives Matter’ and ‘White Lives Matter’ as violent counterarguments to the ‘Black Lives Matter’ campaign.”
