Johnny Depp’s attorney Camille Vasquez played audio of argument of when Amber Heard screamed in front him in front of his children in a trip to the Bahamas in December 2015.
In the audio, Depp confronted an apologetic Heard about the incident which took place after he allegedly spilled wine on her multiple times.
‘I’m sorry I f**ked your kids up,’ Heard told Depp after he said his kids were upset by the public outburst.
Heard then accused Depp of hiding behind his children to avoid discussing his problems in their relationship.
‘It’s gross how you’re using your kids, Heard said. ‘I’ve done nothing but be there for them.’
‘You’re making me seem even worse,’ she added. ‘And believe you me, I’m not going to be calling you at 3 o’clock in the morning after an Ambient and think, oh, I’m just going to f**king you and move on.
‘You need a woman who would not jump up and scream when you spill wine on her three times in a row and I hope you’re happy with whoever that is because that is a special kind of f**king person.
Vasquez questioned why Heard was focused on the wine spilling incident and not the sexual assault during that fight.
‘That was not the point of that conversation,’ Heard said.
Camille Vasquez asks Amber Heard: ‘Also two months after you punched Mr. Depp because you thought he was going to throw your sister down the stairs like he had thrown Kate Moss down the stairs.
Amber Heard answers: ‘He swung at Whitney, and I heard a vague rumor about that.’
Vasquez then reads the contents of the note: ‘True love isn’t just about the madness of passion or having the safety about peace. it’s about having both. That I have seen in you the true bones of friendship and respect. but that I perhaps more than ever want to rip you apart, devour you and savor the taste.’
Heard says: ‘It’s a love note.’
Vasquez asks: ‘You’re Slim, right?’
She then reads another note which includes the lines: ‘I’m sorry I can get crazy, I’m sorry I hurt you, like you I can get wicked when I get provoked.’
The note continued about how Heard felt ‘abandoned’ by Depp following a fight over his daughter Lilly Rose, as well as him not spending a final night with her during a trip.
Camille Vasquez then asks Amber Heard about self-harm.
Heard denies she ever cut herself, and says she only thought about it. Vasquez suggests Heard is lying.

Johnny Depp’s attorney Camille Vasquez presented photos of the Aquaman’s actress honeymoon with Depp.
The 2015 picture shows the Pirates of the Caribbean actor with a bruise under his eye, which Heard said was a fake and claimed she was the only victim of violence during the honeymoon.
Heard said, ‘I’ve seen this picture before, and he’s not injured in it. This one is photoshopped.’
‘This is the only photo from your honeymoon that shows someone injured,’ Vasquez said.
Vasquez also presented love letters from 2015 that Heard sent to Depp pleading for a ‘normal relationship. Vasquez said the letters were Heard’s way of apologizing to Depp for her actions.
Heard denied it and said the letters were nothing more than love letters.

Johnny Depp’s attorney Camille Vasquez asked why there were no medical records stemming from the alleged 2012 sexual assault, despite Aquaman actress Amber Heard saying she suffered injuries and was bleeding when he allegedly attacked her with a wine bottle.
‘I didn’t seek treatment,’ Heard told the court.
Heard also claims Carly Simon song You’re So Vain lyrics written on mirror in couple’s Australia home was written by Depp.

Johnny Depp’s Attorney, Camille Vasquez, grilled Amber Heard about her claims of sexual assault while he was allegedly high on MDMA.
Heard claimed Depp had grabbed her and sexually assaulted her with a wine bottle in the middle of three-days of assault from Depp in 2012.
It was the same year he gave her a knife with the inscription, ‘Hasta la muerte’, or ‘Until Death’ on it.
Vasquez asked the master deputy of the court to show the knife to Heard and the jury, which he did.
Vasquez said: ‘During these cycles of violence you gave Mr Depp a knife as a gift?
Heard said: ‘I gave him a knife for a birthday present early in our relationship, around 2012’
Vasquez said: ‘That’s the knife you gave to the man who was hitting you’
Heard shot back: I wasn’t worried he was going to stab me with it’.
Vasquez said: ‘But you gave it to him?’
Heard admitted: ‘I gave it to him’.

Asked by Johnny Depp’s lawyer why she claimed he’d been abusive to her throughout. Johnny Depp’s lawyer asked why Amber Heard bought Johnny Depp a knife for his birthday, and showed it to the court.
Amber Heard said Johnny Depp was hitting her in 2012 and smashing things beside her in a ‘cycle of violence.’

Amber Heard faces second day of cross-examination
Amber Heard is back in court for another day of grueling cross examination in the defamation trial filed against her by ex-husband Johnny Depp.
The Aquaman actress arrived in court wearing a gray pinstripe suit, with a white and gray pinstripe blouse. She was taking sips pf a pale pink liquid from a Fiji water bottle as she prepared to return to the stand.
The hearing is set to continue until around May 27.
Johnny Depp’s attorney Camille Vasquez questioned why Amber Heard used drugs while together with Depp as he tried to sober up.
‘I did not use drugs when I was with Johnny.’
But Heard admits she used drugs twice during the early parts of their relationship and joked about asking him to buy MDMA in Australia in 2015.
You weren’t concerned enough to stop using drugs and alcohol the times you testified in front of the jury,’ Vasquez asked. ‘You never changed your own behavior to support Mr. Depp in his sobriety?’
‘I did a lot of changing to support Mr. Depp in his sobriety,’ Heard said. ‘I did everything i could think of.’
Vasquez also asked why Heard took Depp to Hicksville to do ‘laughy drugs’ like mushrooms and MDMA on a plane to Russia.
