Joshua Drew, a former member of Amber Heard and Johnny Depp’s inner circle, claimed he and his ex-wife Raquel ‘Rocky’ Pennington went to check on the couple when they found their home trashed in 2015.
‘You walk into someone’s hose and you find it vandalized…it’s never anything good,’ Drew said.
He added that the message on the kitchen counter that read, ‘Why be a fraud, all is such bulls**t, was written by Depp as he recognized the actor’s handwriting.
It was yet another bizarre writing displayed in court after Heard claimed Depp wrote lyrics from the Carly Simon song You’re So Vain lyrics on a mirror in couple’s Australia home.
Drew also backed up his ex-wife’s claims that the injuries Heard had before an appearance on ‘The Late Late Show’ with James Corden were real.
‘She had significant bruising on both eye sockets and her forehead was red,’ Drew said.

Drew claimed one of the officers told him: ‘There’s damage in these apartments, her face is read, if she files a report, we have enough here to go pick him up.’
He described Heard as ‘catatonic’ following the incident, and added that Heard failed to file a report that night and that Depp was never arrested.
He said there was a mark on her check bone and eyebrow, and there was some swelling on Heard’s face.
Drew said he learned about what allegedly took place from his ex-wife, Raquel ‘Rocky’ Pennington.
At the end of her testimony this morning, Raquel Pennington claimed Johnny Depp told her that he cut his own finger off in the infamous March 2015 incident in Australia.
She added that she bore no ill-will for Heard, and that they just drifted apart as friend.
Josh Drew, Pennington’s ex-husband and former member of Amber Heard and Depp’s inner circle, is the next witness to testify in the defamation trial via a video deposition.
Like Pennington, Drew admitted that he never witnessed Depp hit her or throw anything at her.
Drew joined Pennington in living in one of Depp’s penthouses in 2015. He said they offered to pay rent, but a ‘generous’ Depp refused.

The latter half of Pennington’s testimony amounted to her verifying that she and Heard had taken pictures of the Aquaman 2 actress following an alleged 2016 beating at the hands of Depp, whose iconic Jack Sparrow is being replaced by Margot Robbie in a Pirates of the Caribbean reboot film.
Pennington also doubled-down on claims that none of the injuries Heard sustained were faked and that she and Heard did not stage the damage Depp allegedly caused in his own Los Angeles Penthouses.
Many online mocked Pennington’s testimony over her frequent sobbing and the fact that she was the second witnessed called by Heard’s defense that was allegedly ‘freeloading’ off Depp after the couple invited her to live in their home.
Heard also faces a mounting petition to remove her completely from the upcoming Aquaman 2 movie.
Pennington said she got in-between the couple and pleaded with Depp, who she described as ‘irate,’ to calm down.
‘I put my hands on his chest and told him to stop, just stop,’ Pennington said.
She then moved over to Heard and hugged her while Depp allegedly continued to yell at his ex-wife.
‘He was getting closer and closer, and I remember thinking…if he gets any closer, I’m going to pick up the ashtray and hit him.’
She added that he was smashing stuff around the Los Angeles penthouse.
She also denied claims from Depp and his defense that she and Heard staged the damage at his penthouses.

According to Pennington, Heard showed her makeup artist and hairstylist her busted lip, and her missing clump of hair.
Pennington added that she was worried about Heard’s ‘self preservation’ while living with Depp.

Raquel ‘Rocky’ Pennington, a former friend of Amber Heard, continued to sob as she reviewed the pictures of the injuries Heard allegedly suffered from ex-husband Johnny Depp.
Pennington said she and Heard took pictures of the injures when the Aquaman actor called her following an alleged beating in 2015.
She said Heard had sustained a black eye, swollen nose, a busted lip and injuries to her scalp where her hair was allegedly ripped by Depp.
She claimed that she found injuries on Heard’s face multiple times during her relationship with Depp.
Johnny Depp’s lawyer Camille Vasquez smiled and refused to comment on claims she’s dating the star.
Leaving court in Fairfax, Virginia, Tuesday, Vasquez remained tight-lipped when asked about the rumor by TMZ.
Social media users claim there is strong chemistry between Depp and Vasquez. The lawyer has wowed viewers with her incisive and relentless questioning of Amber Heard, and has herself become a star as a result of her performance.

Pennington, an MMA fighter known as ‘Rocky,’ had previously testified on behalf of The Sun newspaper after Depp sued the publication unsuccessfully in 2020 when it labeled him a ‘wife beater.’

Pennington claimed that the couple had a fight during Thanksgiving in one of Depp’s LA penthouses when they left their guests to talk alone in their bedroom.
Pennington said the couple’s bedroom appeared thrashed with broken glass all over the floor, but her description over the incident has been called into question as she fails to recollect all the details of the night.
‘The night has faded in my memory,’ Pennington said.

The Aquaman actor is wearing a beige sweater wrapped around with a black belt and a black jacket wrapped around her shoulders.
Depp is wearing another black suit, with a maroon tie and pocket square, along with his signature sunglasses.
Johnny Depp arrives in court holding rose and jokes that he’s in secret romance with camera operator as fans cheer for the actor.
‘Thank you! Thank you,’ Depp told his fans.
He then turns to a Court TV’s camera operator, Austin, who he speaks with every morning during the trial and joked, ‘Since people are talking already, I got this for you,’ as he presented the rose.
The livestream of his $50 million defamation suit against his ex-wife, Amber Heard, is now underway.

His statement comes after Depp accused Heard and another friend, IO Tillett Wright, of pooping on his bed.
Drew added that the Aquaman actor had Tesla CEO Elon Musk over at one of the penthouses less than a month after filing for divorce against Depp.
Heard and the world’s wealthiest man had dated for about a year following the divorce.
