The late ’90s saw the trio rise to fame, with their debut album, “No Doubt,” released in 1996.

Their success was further propelled by the contributions of the legendary Missy Elliott. However, it was their 1999 single “Where My Girls At?” from their self-titled sophomore album that etched their place in R&B history, reaching No. 4 on the Billboard Hot 100.

The group’s musical journey included the release of another album, “Star,” and contributions to soundtracks such as “Pootie Tang” and “Good Burger.”

Over the years, 702 underwent changes, with members like Amelia Cruz, Cree Le’More, and Tiffany Villarreal joining their ranks.

Although the group disbanded in the mid-2000s, they reunited in 2017, marking their return with a performance at the Soul Train Music Awards.
