‘I want to be a proper doll’: Eva Modika buys new body for R65k

Socialite and reality TV star Eva Modika has taken to her Instagram to reveal that she has gone under the knife.

The 26-year-old Diamonds and Dolls star flew to Instanbul in Turkey to get a 360 liposuction procedure on her stomach and a Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL).

Liposuction is an operation to remove fat from specific areas of the body. While a BBL is a cosmetic procedure that involves transferring fat from one part of the body to the buttocks in order to help create fullness.

Taking to her Instagram, Modika shared a video of her body before and after the procedures which cost R65 000 in total.

“@the_clinique really came through when I was struggling from my first procedure. Fibroids, lump and a really hard tummy from my first liposuction. I did not have enough fat but I tried to gain weight,” she said.

According to Daily Sun, the businesswoman will be in Turkey for some time as she still needs to heal.

FIRST SURGERY WAS BOTCHED

Modika told Drum Magazine that this was not her first surgery as she had already had one in South Africa that she was not happy about.

“The surgery was difficult. It took eight hours because the surgeon had to fix mistakes made by my first doctor in South Africa,” she told the publication.

“I had a lump on my first procedure next to my umbilical cord which sometimes caused discomfort. All surgery is painful, but I just discovered the first surgery gave me fibrosis, lumps and that’s actually very sad because I only realised now in Turkey with this second surgery. But he has removed the lump,” she continued.

She also revealed that she would often use photoshop to edit the lump so it would not be visible in her pictures.

Daily Sun reports that the motivation behind Modika’s surgery is looking like an actual doll.

“So yes guys, I just want to be a proper doll, someone will ask ‘why surgery again?’ well, because I want to be a proper doll,” she said.

In addition, she told Drum Magazine that although she is greatly confident, she wants to work on her imperfections.

“I am a greatly confident person. Of course, we all have insecurities or parts of our bodies that need minor adjustment and that is what I did. A tweak here and there and here I am. I didn’t do it because I felt fat; I wanted my body to be sculpted to the closest thing to perfection,” she explained.
