This is the moment when a homeowner exacted revenge on a neighbor who built a fence through their garden by tearing it down board by board.People were quick to share their thoughts on the dismantling of the fence but opinions were dividedOne said: ‘Y’all don’t understand, if they allow the neighbors to fence that property, it becomes their property’

Two guys are seen demolishing the fence in a TikTokFootage shared on TikTok - which has wracked up almost 13 million views - shows two men removing the fence plank by plank video with nearly 13 million views, after the homeowner claimed that the neighbors refused to fix it. In a subsequent tape, the homeowner displays a new fence they constructed as well as how much of their land the neighbor had taken.

The homeowner, whose TikTok username is @unbrwreathable, posted a video of the fence’s destruction with the caption: ‘My neighbor’s fence is on our property…we’ve requested them to work with us to rectify it…they refused…

hence, here we are!’ In a second video, the homeowner displayed the newly installed fence and declared, “Fence Installed!” No drama at all! We adore it! Sometimes it is necessary to establish boundaries!!

The original video has over 12.6 million views and over 400 thousand likes.

People were quick to express their comments on the fence’s deconstruction, although opinions were divided.

One TikTok member stated, ‘Y’all don’t realize that if they permit their neighbors to fence in their property, it becomes theirs. If it remains where it is, the person removing it loses equity. Don’t let anyone move your property line.’

Another user questioned, “How can they simply refuse? Geez! You did the right thing by preserving your property. Unsuitable fencing can easily lead to contested territory. Others, however, were not as persuaded, with one commenting, “Am I the only one that literally wouldn’t care if it’s a touch over the line?” Let the next buyers deal with it’.

Someone else remarked that they would have thanked their neighbors for building them a fence for free and saving them £5,000 if they had the opportunity.

In a follow-up video, the homeowner responded to individuals who indicated they would not have removed it by asking, “Those who said, “Oh, I would have accepted a free fence,” would you also accept depreciation on your property? ACCESS THE SURVEY! HIRE A LAWYER!! It is WORTH EVERY PENNY!
