Tacha, a Big Brother Naija contestant, claimed she has learned to quit ‘overdoing’ good and to give back the same amount of energy she receives.
“There is so much evil in the world that when you do good to someone, they tend to interpret significance into it,” she wrote.
“I’ve learned to tell myself to quit doing things that bother me1. Give people the same amount of energy you do! Don’t go around doing too much good.” she continued.
