Counter Insurgency: China restates commitment to partner with Nigeria

The Chinese government has reiterated its commitment to collaborate with Nigeria in the fight against insurgency in the country.

The Ambassador of the People’s Republic of China to Nigeria, CUI Jianchun made this known during the Nigerian-Chinese Herbal Medicine Awareness and Sensitization Campaign/Exhibition of Herbal Products in Abuja the nation’s capital.

According to him, they are working together with law enforcement agencies to curb insecurity.

Ambassador Jianchun said that; “Military, security and economic collaborations are sure ways to move both countries forward.

”
He added that insecurity relates not only to the Nigerian people but also to the international community
On herbal medicine, the envoy noted that both countries have already built a solid foundation in herbal products research and applications.
