Completion of construction on J.C. Van Horne Bridge

Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) wishes to advise motorists of the completion of the current construction project on the J.C. Van Horne Bridge. Effective immediately:

• the J.C Van Horne Bridge is now fully open to all legal traffic
• the load restrictions will no longer be in effect

Existing signage displaying the load restrictions will be removed over the next few days.

Please be aware that oversized or over-mass vehicles will continue to need applicable permits issued by the respective provincial transport ministries to cross the J.C. Van Horne Bridge.
