Introduction of Election Results Monitoring System (ERMS) by IPAC
The Inter Party Advisory Council (IPAC) has unveiled plans to implement an Election Results Monitoring System (ERMS) ahead of the upcoming governorship elections in Bayelsa, Imo, and Kogi states.
