Ukraine has announced that Russia had deliberately fired rockets at a facility which includes a nuclear reactor.
The institute is home to a facility called Neutron Source which contains a nuclear reactor used for research.
It comes as Vladimir Putin claims the war is going to plan and won’t end until Ukraine gives in.
Meanwhile a temporary ceasefire at the encircled Mariupol collapsed with a failure to set-up a humanitarian corridor.
The UN estimates 1.5m people – roughly 3.5% of the Ukraine population – have left the country since war broke out.
