Ben Murray-Bruce Calls on Atiku Abubakar and Peter Obi to Congratulate President Bola Tinubu
Former Bayelsa East Senator, Ben Murray-Bruce, has called on the Labour Party (LP) presidential candidate in the last election, Peter Obi, and his counterpart, Atiku Abubakar, of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), to congratulate President Bola Tinubu, following the Supreme Court verdict.
Bruce said that it is only right, fitting, and sportsmanly for Atiku Abubakar and Peter Obi to congratulate President Bola Tinubu for his victory in the 2023 Nigerian elections.
He added that there must be an end to litigation, and the Supreme Court must end it.

Ben Bruce warned Nigerian youths not to allow anyone to set them against the government but should re-strategise ahead of 2027 or agonise.
Bruce said that all talk by some persons that “Bola Tinubu is not my President” is frivolous and unhelpful.
He added that as long as you call yourself a citizen of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, you do not have “your” President.
Nigeria has a President, and whether you like it or not, he presides over you as Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces and Head of the State.
