West has had domestic declines in every measured category, including physical and digital sales, planned and on-demand streaming.

According to “Variety,” West’s worldwide sales have decreased by 17.5%, per “Luminate,” while his streaming have decreased by 2% as of October 20.

Up to this point in 2022, West’s total on-demand streaming in the United States have hovered around 3.8 billion; he has sold just over 363,000 albums, with earlier titles like as “My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy,” “College Dropout,” and “Late Registration” experiencing the most activity.

According to “Variety,” the rapper’s offensive remarks towards Jewish people, which led to the suspension of his Twitter and Instagram accounts, grew louder between October 6, when he appeared on “Tucker Carlson,” and October 19, when a full interview with Piers Morgan was published.

However, requests to boycott the artist’s enterprises have also been made.

On a 405 Freeway overpass in Los Angeles, antisemitic demonstrators gathered and draped banners supporting West. In Brentwood, pamphlets identifying entertainment executives as “Jewish” were also distributed.
