Wizkid’s ‘Essence’ and ‘Made In Lagos’ hass been confirmed as Billboard’s Longest-charting African Songs

‘Essence,’ one of Wizkid’s biggest singles that received global recognition, has been confirmed as the longest-charting African song, while his fourth studio album ‘Made In Lagos,’ has also been confirmed as the longest-charting African album.

‘Essence,’ which features Tems, has achieved amazing success in the United States, reaching the Billboard Top 10 and receiving a platinum plaque.

The official release by Billboard confirms Wizkid’s achievement in the United States and adds another feather to his decorated cap.

Wizkid will be attempting to break new ground internationally with his upcoming album ‘More Love, Less Ego.’
