Update for customers on disruption to IPO services

We regret that certain of our web services are now having sporadic issues with consumers (8 July).

Please be patient; we want you to know that our staff is making every effort to look into and fix the problems.

If you need to submit right away but are unable to wait for services to resume, you can do so by sending a paper filing to forms@ipo.gov.uk.

Although some of our payment alternatives are currently unavailable, bank transfers are unaffected.

You can still pay with cash, checks, and bank transfers.
