UMYU Resumption Date

The administration of Umaru Musa Yar’Adua University, Katsina, has announced the date for the resumption of academic activities following the suspension of the Academic Staff Union of Universities’ strike (ASUU).

Date of UMYU’s Resumption

The Registrar of Umaru Musa Yar’adua University is advising all students that normal and complete academic activities will resume on Monday, October 24, 2022, following the end of the ASUU’s eight-month nationwide strike.

Thus, all students are informed that classes and other curriculum-related activities will begin on the given date.

Therefore, it is recommended that all Students attend on time and appropriately prepare for their academic pursuits.

The Registrar wishes all returning students a safe journey back to campus.
