UAE Non-Resident Ambassador presents credentials to Deputy Foreign Minister of Panama

Salem Rashid Al Owais, UAE Ambassador to Colombia, has presented his credentials to Marta Elida Gordón, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Panama, as the UAE Non-Resident Ambassador.

During a virtual ceremony, Marta Gordón wished Ambassador Al Owais success in his new role, in strengthening the bilateral ties between the two countries across various domains, while affirming her country’s readiness to offer all possible support to facilitate his tasks.

For his side, Al Owais expressed his pride at representing the UAE in Panama and his keenness to enhance the overall bilateral relations between the two countries, which will help strengthen their friendship.

The two sides also reviewed areas of cooperation between the UAE and Panama, and discussed ways to enhance and develop them for the interest and aspiration of the two friendly countries and their peoples.
