The southbound carriageway of the N3 has been reopened

The crash scene near the Peter Brown Interchange in Pietermaritzburg has been fully cleaned up.

Although the N3’s southbound lanes have been restored, there is a major traffic jam on the #N3TollRoute.

While this backlog is being addressed, road users are urged to proceed cautiously and are reminded to expect delays and congestion.
