Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for
SOC Hygiene Facilities
SPU RFQ/Contract# 22-042-S
Seattle Public Utilities (SPU) is seeking a consultant team to provide tenant improvements to the locker room, toilet and shower facilities at the South Operations Center building used by SPU staff. The selected consultant team will provide investigation, design, construction support, and closeout services. An initial concept drawing and program has been developed internally and accepted as the basis for this effort. The contract value is estimated to be between $500,000 to $550,000.

The deadline for submitting Qualifications/Proposals is 2:00 PM Pacific Time on Tuesday, April 5, 2022, electronic only via e-mail to [email protected].
