Sharjah Police discusses results of customer’s happiness

Major General Saif Al Zari Al Shamsi, Commander-in-Chief of Sharjah Police, chaired the annual meeting to discuss the results of the happiness of customers with the services provided.

The annual meeting was held in the Al Riyada Hall at the Sharjah Police Club, in the presence of general managers, directors of departments, directors of service centers, and a number of specialised officers.

The meeting discussed the proactive services of the Sharjah Police, the percentage of customers’ use of digital channels, in addition to reviewing the results of the internal secret dealer of the Customer Happiness Centres, the website, the smart application and the 901 call center, as well as reviewing the results of opinion polls and discussing the results of the system

Major General Saif Al Zari Al Shamsi affirmed the Sharjah Police’s continuous keenness to develop its digital services to customers in accordance with the best practices in force globally, leading to leadership in the provision of services.
