Several flags made jokes about the Prime Minister’s justification for having parties when the UK was under Covid restrictions by declaring the raucous festival a ‘work event’

Partygate-themed banners mocking Boris Johnson have been waved by Glastonbury attendees at the music festival.

In reference to the PM’s assertion that lockdown-busting meetings were not parties, several flags said, “This is a business event.”
