Robbie Williams Plans Luxury Hotel in Dubai Following Vegas Encounter

Robbie Williams has revealed plans to build a luxury hotel in Dubai after an encounter in a Las Vegas establishment made him ‘very angry’.

The former Take That singer, 49, told how plans are underway for the resort, which will feature a purpose-built venue for him.

The Vegas Breakfast Incident:

During an appearance on Wondery’s Brydon & podcast, he said: ‘I’m building a hotel, 700 rooms in Dubai… I built a hotel in my head and I build what it looks like.

‘I was in the Wynn hotel in Vegas doing a residency. I remember waking up and being charged $240 for breakfast. And it was like two croissants, a bowl of bran flakes and a coffee and I was like, f**k off.

Inspiration Strikes:

He added: ‘I then thought Dubai and then I thought, actually, there’s no residences for artists like me in Dubai. And then I thought, ah, that’s interesting, I’m going to do that. I’m going to start that. ‘So that sort of idea and that level of ambition, lights a fire underneath my a**e.

Robbie’s Ambitious Vision:

‘I’m not wasting any positive thought and I’m not wasting any creativity. Nothing gets lost. Otherwise, I spend an awful lot of time in negativity with poor mental health. ‘So I can either be over here in poor mental health or I can be over here creating things that light a fire under me, that keep me distracted from what is going on over there in the unpleasant land {where} I sit for 12 hours on a plane. But it gives me purpose.’

Health Struggles and ‘Manopause’:

It comes after Robbie claimed he’s going through the ‘manopause’ while candidly discussing his health struggles. The singer revealed that years of partying has left him ‘f***ing knackered’ and battling ‘thinning hair.’

Robbie’s Views on Intimacy:

Robbie and his wife Ayda Field have previously admitted they barely ever have sex. He went on to say, ‘My daughter says to me, ‘Daddy’s lazy’. I don’t like the term ‘lazy’ as that’s how I was described when I was younger.’
