This fresh charge was delivered by Nnamdi Kanu during a visit from one of his legal representatives, Barrister Aloy Ejimakor.
Kanu is currently in the custody of the Department of State Service (DSS) in Abuja. The meeting served as an opportunity for Kanu to provide guidance and encouragement to his legal team and supporters.

Notably, the Supreme Court has scheduled December 15 as the date for delivering its judgment on Nnamdi Kanu’s appeal.
This appeal seeks to compel the federal government to release Kanu from detention, aligning with the earlier order issued by the Appeal Court in its October 13, 2022 judgment.
