Ottawa – KZN Dog Owner Wanted

The public’s assistance is required to find the dog’s owner (pictured).

Today (Monday), an adult male dog entered a property on Picadilly Street in Ottawa – KZN and refused to leave. He lacked a collar and an identification tag. The dog will be housed by the property owner until the owner is found.
