Prince Harry has spoken publicly about England’s dramatic World Cup semifinal defeat, admitting he was among the many supporters left devastated after the Three Lions were knocked out by Argentina.
The Duke of Sussex made the remarks while attending the TIME100 Sports Gala in New York City, where he appeared on the red carpet alongside some of the biggest names in global sport.
When asked about England’s loss, Harry gave a brief but heartfelt response, saying he was “of course” saddened by the result.
