Piers Morgan has announced that he will take a month off from his talk program.

The broadcaster will be absent from the channel for around four weeks in late summer due to a pre-planned vacation and filming responsibilities for a true crime documentary series he is producing.

Andrew Neil, the former GB News chairman and lead presenter, never returned from a long vacation earlier this year after a falling out with his colleagues.

It has emerged that the presenter will not be on the channel for about four weeks in late summer, as a result of pre-scheduled holiday along with filming commitments for a true crime documentary series he is making.

Earlier this year, former GB News chairman and lead presenter Andrew Neil never returned from an extended holiday after falling out with his bosses.
