Thursday, February 3, 2022 – Deputy President William Ruto is the man to beat during the August 9th presidential election, going by a new survey conducted by the National Intelligence Service (NIS).
According to renowned Nairobi lawyer, Ahmednasir Abdullahi, the secret poll has shown that the move by the Amani National Congress(ANC) party leader Musalia Mudavadi and his Ford Kenya counterpart, Moses Wetangula, to join hands and support the second in command has pushed his percentage by about 6 to about 8 percent
That is from 54 percent to about 64 -66 percent.“Internal polling by a number of political parties and even by a state security agency uniformly show that Hon @MusaliaMudavadi and Hon @Wetangulam in agreeing to work with @WilliamsRuto have pushed the latter’s opinion poll rating by 6 to 8%…from around 58% to 64 to 66%,” Ahmednasir wrote on his Twitter page.
This means that the entry of Mudavadi and Wetangula into Ruto’s bandwagon has already added 6-8 percent to the hustler’s vote basket in August
