Orlando Pirates defeats Sekhukhune United 5-0 to go to the MTN8 semifinals

Orlando Pirates defeated Sekhukhune United 5-0 on Saturday at Orlando Stadium to go to the MTN8 semifinals.

After Zakhele Lepasa scored twice, the thrashing was finished by Ndabayithethwa Ndlondlo, Monnapule Saleng, and Deon Hotto.

When the score was 1-0, Sekhukhune United did have an opportunity to tie it, but Chibuike Ohizu missed his penalty.

After defeating Moroka Swallows 1-0 in the earlier kickoff, Pirates joined Mamelodi Sundowns in the semi-finals.

The Tshwane giants won the game and moved on to the semifinals thanks to Themba Zwane’s game-winning goal.
