The Sheep Detectives Leads the Movie Rankings

The movie chart is topped by The Sheep Detectives, which claimed the number one position as the most-streamed film in Nigeria during June.

The title finished ahead of Over Your Dead Body, which secured second place, while Remarkably Bright Creatures rounded out the top three.

Completing the upper half of the rankings are Apex in fourth place and Masters of the Universe at number five, indicating strong audience interest in both action-driven and fantasy-themed releases.

Action and Drama Dominate the Rest of the Movie Top 10

The second half of the movie rankings continues to feature a broad range of genres. 28 Years Later occupies sixth position, followed by Jack Ryan: Ghost Protocol in seventh. Ladies First ranks eighth, while Voicemails for Isabelle claims ninth place.

Closing the movie chart is Maternal Instinct, which completes Nigeria’s ten most-streamed films for the month.

The Boroughs Emerges as Nigeria’s Top Television Series

On the television side, The Boroughs leads the June streaming charts, becoming the country’s most-watched series. It is followed by The Four Seasons in second position, while Spider-Noir takes third place.

The rankings suggest audiences continued to embrace a combination of new original productions and established franchise content throughout the month.

Popular Franchises Continue to Perform Strongly

Several well-known series also maintained strong performances. Rick and Morty secured fourth place, with The Boys following closely in fifth. Teach You a Lesson ranked sixth, while I Will Find You finished seventh.

Romantic drama Every Year After claimed eighth place, adding further variety to the list of Nigeria’s most-streamed television content.

Clarkson’s Farm and Yellowstone Complete the Top 10
