LASCON disclaims its alleged affiliation with West African Community Nursing and Midwifery College (WACNMC)

The management of the Igando-based Lagos State College of Nursing (LASCON) has denied any connections to the West African Community Nursing and Midwifery College (WACNMC), which is said to be located in Yaba, Lagos State.

It has come to the attention of the College that WACNMC has been misrepresenting itself as an affiliate of the Lagos State College of Nursing, Igando, according to a statement signed by the Provost of LASCON, Mrs. Oyefunso Orenuga.

Orenuga emphasised that there is absolutely no connection between LASCON and West African Community Nursing and Midwifery College (WACNMC) or any other institution of higher learning.

As a result, the Provost urged the general public not to do business with WACNMC because of its bogus claim to be an affiliate of the Lagos State College of Nursing, Igando.
