Keagan Dolly Struggles to Secure New Club While Keeping Fit with SuperSport United After Leaving Kaizer Chiefs in South Africa

It seems like the process of signing for a new club has become more complicated for players like Keagan Dolly.

After his time with Kaizer Chiefs, things aren’t moving as quickly as one might expect.

Training with SuperSport United

Currently, the 31-year-old winger is just staying in shape with SuperSport United.

As reported by the Citizen, Dolly came very close to finalizing a deal with the club but ended up seeing SuperSport sign Vincent Pule instead.

The situation remains uncertain as he continues to train there.

Phakathi mentioned, “Keagan Dolly is back training with SuperSport United and it’s unclear if the proposed move is back on at this stage.

The left-footed winger was close to securing a move to Matsatsantsa a Pitori at the beginning of the season before the deal fell through.”

Despite the hiccups, there’s still a chance for him to join another club in the Premier Soccer League (PSL).

Dolly has faced a series of injuries since returning from his time in Europe, but he is eager to revive his career.

Kaizer Chiefs Star in the Spotlight

On another note, the spotlight is also shining on young talent from Kaizer Chiefs, particularly Samkelo Zwane.

Former Bafana Bafana captain Hlompho Kekana believes that the talented midfielder is on the verge of receiving a call-up to the national team.

Zwane made a significant impact during last weekend’s Cufa Cup match against Marumo Gallants, which caught the attention of many fans and experts alike, including Kekana.

“I fancy young Samkelo Zwane to be the player that they can rely on in terms of being on the ball more,” Kekana shared with iDiski Times.

“This is a player that I believe this coming season he should be in the Bafana team because of the quality that he possesses.”

Bright Future Ahead

Kekana praised Zwane’s versatility and skill set, stating, “He knows how to play the longer and the shorter passes, he knows how to play in the half spaces.

This is a player that I believe is complete and needs to be guided properly, and they’ve got a nice coach in Nabi.”

Kekana is optimistic about the potential of the Kaizer Chiefs squad, suggesting that they will be a competitive force in the league.

“Looking at the way things have been going from the first match to the Sundowns match, I believe this is a team that is going to compete and is going to cause a lot of trouble for other teams,” he concluded, highlighting the promise that young talent like Zwane brings to the future of South African football.

What’s Next for These Players?

As both Keagan Dolly and Samkelo Zwane navigate their respective paths, fans will be watching closely to see how their careers unfold in the upcoming season.

The journey may be challenging, but the potential for success is ever-present.
