Amakhosi have now gone seven years without a trophy, and Motaung Jnr admits that the situation they are facing isn’t ideal.
Motaung Jnr feels the Chiefs need to find out what the problem is and how they can possibly come up with solutions.
The first step towards getting that right is to return to the club’s philosophy and understanding of the Chiefs culture, said Motaung Jnr.
The former Chiefs striker said the final phase would be to have a concrete practical plan with a road map to implement it.

“We know that it’s also not ideal to be facing situations like this towards the end of the season but at end of the day for us, the club needs to find out and have a clear understanding what is it that we need and what is in the best interest for the club,” Motaung told the media.
“With that comes returning to our plain philosophy, understanding our footballing culture and have a concrete practical plan and a road map to implement that,” added Motaung Jnr.
