Joemix Entertainment, ABS Organize  2021 Edition Of Black-Out Fashion Show, Pageantry  In Awka

Joemix Entertainment, in partnership with the Anambra Broadcasting Service, ABS has organized the 2021 edition of Black-Out Fashion Show and Pageantry in Awka.

The event availed young talents the opportunity to interact, showcase their potential in fashion and receive endorsement from notable fashion industries and world-class models from across the globe.

Correspondent, Chibuzor Obidike reports that in fulfillment of its target of encouraging both indigenous and non-indigenous brands and talents, the ABS  has always given a voice to all aspects of life, including entertainment, education, agriculture, sports, science and technology among others; with a view to giving its wide audience the very best, hence the partnership with Joemix Entertainment aimed at enriching it programmes and projecting the potentials of youths.

The convener, Mr. Onyekachukwu Joseph said the event was aimed at leveraging the conducive social environment created by Governor Willie Obiano, with regards to the booming night life in the State, and called on investors and well-meaning individuals to invest more in fashion and modeling in order to give voice to young talents in the South East.

Some fashion designers who attended the event, including Mr. Emmanuel Agom and Miss Omar Tessy said it provided both fashion designers and models the opportunity to share ideas, and as well promote the dynamic cultural diversification through their profession.

To some models, including Nzubechi Uche, Nnenna Orji and Onyedikachi Ugili, their interest in modeling were born out of love for fashion, which they said they are combining successfully with their education, and advised upcoming models to be themselves and not to give in to misleading offers.

The event featured comedian session, performance from both top and upcoming musical artists, as well as dance and special numbers by the DJ.
