If you thought Jake Paul’s punches were only thrown in the ring, think again.
The YouTuber-turned-boxer brought that same energy to his recent sit-down with Piers Morgan—though it didn’t end the way either of them might have expected.
In a chaotic appearance on Piers Morgan Uncensored, Paul completely lost his cool and exited the interview after unloading a string of expletives at the host. And yes, it got personal.
A Testy Exchange Turns Nuclear
Things started off playfully, with Paul wearing a massive sombrero and joking about being “the greatest Mexican fighter of all time.”
But the mood shifted quickly when Morgan dug into Paul’s boxing credentials—specifically pointing out that the only real boxer he had faced, Tommy Fury, beat him.
Paul, who’s gearing up for his next match against Julio Cesar Chavez Jr. in Anaheim on June 28, didn’t appreciate the skepticism.
What followed was an unfiltered, foul-mouthed tirade.
“YouTube this, Disney that… This s*** is not a joke,” Paul fired back.
“I’m knocking out the best of the best. You vs. going to the gym… you’re still a fat a**.”
Paul Goes Off the Rails
It only escalated from there. When Morgan asked why Paul even came on the show, Jake gave a brutally honest (and profane) answer:
“I’m just taking your audience to sell Pay-Per-Views.
I don’t give a f* about your show.
You dumb a**. This is a f*ing business enterprise.”
Then, in true mic-drop fashion, Paul signed off with a promo plug:
“Buy the Pay-Per-View on Saturday, June 28 — me vs. Julio Cesar Chavez Jr. Thank you, tune in everybody.”
Seconds later, he disconnected from the Zoom call—leaving Morgan grinning and laughing on-air.
Morgan Responds with a Jab of His Own
Clearly amused by the meltdown, Morgan offered a snide parting shot:
“Cheers Jake, really enjoyed that.
And good luck to Julio. Knock him out for all of us, will you?”
Prior to the blow-up, the interview had been relatively light-hearted.
But Morgan’s criticism of Paul’s 11-1 boxing record, and his reminder that Mike Tyson—whom Paul beat last year—was in his late 50s at the time, pushed things over the edge.
Morgan didn’t stop there. He threw in that Canelo Alvarez had once said he could “potentially kill” Paul in the ring and that “peak Mike Tyson” would have knocked Paul out in 10 seconds.
Paul’s Upcoming Fight Has Fans Watching Closely
Jake Paul’s return to the ring this weekend is already a major talking point.
He’s facing Julio Cesar Chavez Jr., the son of a boxing legend, and many fans are curious to see how Paul will handle a more experienced fighter.
His last fight, a controversial points win over Mike Tyson, drew mixed reactions—mainly because Tyson is more than 30 years older.
Still, Paul insists he’s building a legacy and taking his career seriously.
One Thing’s Clear—Jake Paul Knows How to Hype a Fight
Whether you love him or can’t stand him, Jake Paul knows how to stay in the headlines.
His unfiltered antics might not win him respect in the traditional boxing world, but they definitely sell tickets—and Pay-Per-Views.
