This is the moment a courageous security guard rescued a teenager from a brazen daylight attack outside a school by thugs with machetes.
Social media videos depict terrified youngsters and their parents watching the attack unfold in horror.
One security guard, thought to be from the school in Walsall, Staffordshire, courageously came to the victim’s help and knocked one of the attackers out of the way.
In the footage, which was initially published by The Sun, one assailant wielded a machete while he and his friends kicked, pummeled, and punched a schoolboy on the ground.

Students yelled and sobbed during the awful incident. One young lady was overheard remarking, “They’re beating the s—- out of him.”
The heroism of the guard, whose name has not been revealed, has been praised online.

After the hero intervened, the bunch of criminals fled the victim.
As the group began to flee, a second man wearing hi-vis came towards them.
Even as the security guard put his life on the line to protect the victim, further attackers approached and attempted to trample him as schoolchildren watched. A masked, machete-wielding attacker is encircled.
