Among the home’s standout features were a custom Harry Potter-inspired playroom, floor-to-ceiling windows, an expansive kitchen diner, luxury dressing rooms, and carefully selected designer furnishings.
Helen reportedly invested around £150,000 of her personal savings transforming the 5,000-square-foot residence into what she described as her dream family home.
The End of the Relationship Changed Everything
Just a year after moving into the property, Helen and Scott’s 13-year relationship came to an end, turning what had once been a shared dream into a source of ongoing disagreements.
One of the most public disputes centered on an expensive designer sofa that Helen attempted to sell online for £3,950.
Reports claimed Sinclair intervened to stop the sale, and the furniture was later placed into storage while the pair continued negotiating the division of their belongings.

Even then, a purchaser could not be secured until a further reduction brought the final selling price down to £945,000.
The buyers are understood to be a couple involved in the property management industry.

Although Helen played a major role in designing and renovating the home, Scott Sinclair had purchased the property outright with cash and remained its only registered owner throughout their time there.
Because the pair never married, the legal ownership rested solely with the former footballer, making him a central figure in the eventual decision to sell.
Sources close to the family previously suggested Sinclair believed the six-bedroom house was unnecessarily large for Helen and the children after the separation and had instead proposed buying her a smaller four-bedroom property.

After spells with clubs including Chelsea, Manchester City and Celtic, he finished his playing career at Bristol Rovers.
