Hailey Bieber has spoken candidly about her marriage to Justin Bieber, sharing that she and her husband are navigating parenthood and fame “one day at a time.”
The 28-year-old supermodel, daughter of actor Stephen Baldwin, opened up in a recent GQ magazine interview, reflecting on the very public nature of their relationship.
“We’re just taking it a day at a time,” she explained.
“We both feel very protective of our son and I don’t think that’s ever going to change, but our life is our life, and it’s really public.
We’re just going to cross every bridge when we get there.”
She added that, for now, she feels comfortable with what they choose to share—and what they keep private.
Life as a New Mom: Lessons and Reflections
Hailey and Justin welcomed their first child, son Jack Blues, in August 2024.
On the topic of motherhood, Hailey admitted that no advice can truly prepare someone for the experience.
“I feel much more prepared to do it again, as opposed to how unprepared I felt the first time,” she said.
“So much happens and changes—you evolve in ways you wouldn’t expect until you experience it yourself.”
While she hasn’t confirmed plans for a second child, she shared her confidence about being ready for another round of parenting.
A Glimpse Into Hailey’s Daily Routine
Hailey also walked GQ through her everyday life.
Mornings start with her son, followed by a workout whenever she can fit it in.
She’s noticed a shift in her priorities, embracing a more homebody lifestyle than she had before motherhood.
“Having a child definitely made me care less about FOMO,” she said.
“Even my friends without kids feel that way sometimes. I don’t feel like I’m missing out anymore.”
She recounted a recent evening when after-dinner plans were canceled—and she was thrilled to simply go home, relax, and spend quality time with her son.
Finding Fulfillment at Home
Hailey’s outlook has evolved over time. “I used to feel like I needed to go out every night,” she reflected.
“Now, I’m so much happier being cozy, recharging, and just enjoying my space.
And seeing how fast my son is growing makes me want to soak up every moment with him.”
She also shared how motherhood has deepened her spiritual life.
“Bringing life into the world is a very spiritual experience, and I don’t think that will ever change for me,” she said.
Instagram as a Personal Diary
Hailey is relaxed when it comes to social media, posting what feels authentic to her.
“I share what I’m comfortable with, what I find interesting or cool,” she explained.
“It’s like a photo diary—I can scroll back years and see how I’ve grown.”
She also noted how much Instagram has evolved over time, from simple photo posts to music-enhanced updates, but she enjoys using it as a tool to reflect on her journey.
Balancing Fame, Family, and Self
Whether it’s navigating a high-profile marriage, discovering motherhood, or managing a public presence online, Hailey Bieber seems to be finding a rhythm that works for her.
From cozy nights at home with her son to candid discussions about her spiritual growth, she’s embracing life fully—on her own terms.
