On Thursday, the SunBet Challenge sponsored by Sibaya Casino & Entertainment Kingdom Pro-Am event was held at Umhlali Country Club on the Dolphin Coast in KwaZulu-Natal, which hosted some of South Africa’s top golfers.

Pro-Am and amateur players were given a shotgun start, while Sunshine Tour professionals were paired to compete for cash prizes.

Professionals Jake Redman and Mahomed Hussen came in first, followed by professionals Martin Rohwer and Carlyle Field in second place. Lyle Rowe, a professional, and Zuko Banqwa, an amateur, tied for third place.

The award ceremony was held at the Royal Sibaya Hotel, which provided delicious cuisine and a lively atmosphere.

The Sibaya leg of the tour, which is being held for the first time since 2019, is the fourth stop in the SunBet Challenge series of events, which are also sponsored by Sun City, Time Square Casino, Wild Coast, and Boardwalk, and each event has an R1,000,000 prize fund.
