Their arrest came as they were allegedly planning an attack on the residence of former vice president, Atiku Abubakar, in Yola, the capital of Adamawa.
Prime Suspect Apprehended:
According to a statement from Abubakar’s media office, the police arrested the prime suspect, Jubrila Mohammed, on Sunday while he was attempting to identify the home of the former vice president in Yola.
During interrogation, the 29-year-old Jubrila Mohammed confessed to being a Boko Haram member hailing from Damboa in Borno state.

Following the interrogation of the main suspect, he disclosed the identities of his accomplices, leading to the arrest of the other suspects involved in the plot.
