Just when it looked like things had settled down for Eric Bledsoe, the former NBA point guard finds himself in legal trouble again—this time following an alleged incident that played out in the early hours at a gas station in the Los Angeles area.

Late-Night Arrest Follows Report of Violence

According to reports, California Highway Patrol officers responded to a distress call around 2:30 a.m. on Wednesday.

When they arrived at a gas station off a Los Angeles freeway, they encountered Bledsoe and a woman who had visible injuries—specifically bruising and swelling on her face.

The woman claimed Bledsoe had hit her.

Though the former NBA player reportedly refused to make a statement to the police, he was taken into custody and later booked on a felony domestic violence charge. Bail was set at $55,000.
