Five people hurt in Cape Town after a driver ran a red light

Netcare 911 responded to a collision on the Stellenbosch Arterial Road in Belhar, Cape Town, around 17H56 on Thursday afternoon.

Three automobiles were engaged in a crash, according to reports, reportedly caused by a motorist running a red light.

Medics arrived on the scene and discovered five people with moderate to critical injuries.

After being treated, all of the victims were brought to the hospital by ambulance for additional treatment.
