Her remarks were made during a book launch event organized by Mrs. Salamatu Yahaya, wife of the Chief of Army Staff, titled “Strengthening the NAOWA Narrative.”
Supporting Women’s Leadership:
Represented by Senator Nora Daduut, Mrs. Tinubu highlighted the need to increase the number of women in leadership positions.
She expressed her belief that the book being launched would greatly enrich the lives of not only members of the Nigerian Army Officers Wives Association (NAOWA) but also women across Nigeria.

The author of the book, Salamatu Yahaya, who is also the president of NAOWA, explained that the book was inspired by the desire to promote women’s participation in leadership roles.
