Father, Partner, and Uncle Charged with Murder of 10-Year-Old Sara Sharif in Surrey

Surrey Police has officially charged three individuals in connection with the tragic murder of 10-year-old Sara Sharif.

Among those charged is Sara’s father, Urfan Sharif, aged 41, along with Urfan’s partner Beinash Batool, aged 29, and Urfan’s brother, Faisal Malik, aged 28.

These charges have been authorized by the Crown Prosecution Service.

All three individuals reside on Hammond Road in Woking, where the unfortunate incident occurred.

Additional Charge of Child Neglect

In addition to the murder charges, the trio also faces charges related to causing or allowing the death of a child.

The accused were apprehended on Wednesday evening at Gatwick Airport, where they had disembarked from a flight arriving from Dubai.
