Fatal road crash in the Houghton Estate area of Johannesburg

At approximately 21:10 the Medi Response Operations Control Center was alerted to a serious accident in the Houghton Estate area of Johannesburg.

Paramedics arrived on the scene and were advised that a car swerved into oncoming traffic impacting two motorcycles.

One patient was critically injured and stabilised on the scene before being transported under Advanced Life Support care to hospital for definitive treatment.
