Hannah’s ordeal began when she sought medical attention for minor chest pain at Liverpool A&E in June.

Initially diagnosed with pneumonia, she was not prescribed antibiotics due to her pregnancy.

However, her condition worsened rapidly, and she found it increasingly difficult to perform daily tasks.

Multiple visits to doctors followed, and another chest X-ray still indicated pneumonia.

After further complications and a CT scan, it was revealed that she had a serious mass on her left lung.

Facing Tough Choices and Pursuing Treatment

Within 24 hours of the diagnosis, Hannah was undergoing urgent chemotherapy.

Despite being presented with the option to terminate her pregnancy due to the possible effects of the treatment, she chose to proceed with her pregnancy, determined to give her baby, named Nova, a fighting chance.

Hannah has already begun chemotherapy and had fluid removed from her left lung to alleviate the pressure.

Despite enduring excruciating pain, she can only take limited medication to protect her unborn child.
