European Commission reports good progress in Bulgaria’s national recovery plan

SOFIA, 19th March, 2022 – The European Commission (EC) has hailed the progress in Bulgaria’s National Recovery and Resilience Plan.

“At a briefing on Friday, a European Commission spokesperson said that the EC sees good progress in Bulgaria’s National Recovery and Resilience Plan (NRRP) thanks to the work of Prime Minister Kiril Petkov and the Government,” said the Bulgarian News Agency.

According to a press release, EC President Ursula von der Leyen is convinced that the NRRP will receive a high mark within the time limit set (April 15). In this context, the EC President has expressed readiness to approve the NRRP, added BNA.
