The Chairman of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC), Abdulrasheed Bawa, was honored with an award of distinction and quality service by Service Compact with All Nigerians (SERVICOM) on June 1, 2023.
This recognition was bestowed upon him in recognition of his unwavering dedication and support in accomplishing SERVICOM’s vision and mission.
Advocating for Good Governance:
During the award presentation ceremony, Nnenna Akajemeli, the National Coordinator/Chief Executive of SERVICOM, emphasized the importance of implementing policies that ensure ordinary Nigerians can experience the positive impact of good governance.
She also highlighted the need for collaboration among stakeholders to achieve the shared goal of effective governance.
Commendation for the EFCC:
Nnenna Akajemeli expressed her appreciation for the EFCC’s efforts in strengthening the campaign for improved service delivery.
This commendation was made during a one-day stakeholders forum attended by Directors of Reforms, Nodal Officers, Public Relations Officers, and Civil Society Organizations (CSOs).
The event aimed to sustain awareness campaigns about the detrimental effects of service failures.
